It is day 3 now, since i have bought a new domain. I have written an article and then i mass pinged the url and today i have even added a signature in wf and wrote some posts. Normally all my websites are getting indexed within 24, hours, there has been two exceptions so far out of lots of sites, like 2 or 3 days to get indexed. Is that normal ?

Check if a coding on your site is blocking your site from been crawled.
Otherwise, use high traffic site to try to index your site.
A single AMR blast to your money site normally gets a site indexed in 24hrs.
You can submit to 10 high pr directories, 10 web 2.0 and 10 social bookmark and you should be indexed if everything is fine on your site.

Worrying whether your site is indexed and checking it over and over is counter productive.
Just build links to the site and it will be indexed in time. Whether thats today or 2 days from now doesn't really matter

Agreed. Your site will get indexed pretty easily. What's the big difference if your site is indexed today or next week? Won't make any difference to be honest. Focus on linkbuilding.
Yes its normal,sometimes it takes time to get indexed by Google,as your site is new.You can submit the sitemap to Google webmasters if not have not submitted.

Some times, it would take time for google to index your pages, no issues carry your offsite activities for each of the page after couple of days, you should be able to see the indexed pages in Google.
