My site is indexed into Google, but when I manually search my website by into google, it doesn't show up on the first page.

Why is this?

I know for a fact its indexed.

If every indexed site would be automatically ranking first page ... hmm
What's your real question, please explain.

just because it's indexed doesn't mean it will show up on first page, you'll have to work harder than that to get it to show up on the first page

I think you both are misunderstanding. I am not searching my sites keywords I am searching my sites specific URL.

You're misunderstanding my question. I am not searching my niche or keywords, I am searching my specific sites URL.

To clarify your question, you say your site is indexed, so you see it when you do a search with the site: query like this:
Code:
site:www.example.com
However, when you don't include the site: operator, you don't see it on the first page:
Code:
www.example.com
This has happened to me for many reasons, here are some I can think of:

  1. your keyword is so competitive that other sites are beating you for it
  2. you are experiencing the big G dance
  3. you have been sandboxed for some "unethical" methods of promoting your site
  4. your site is too new
Just relax, and keep building links, and don't give up!

Perfectly understood my question :)
My site is only 2 days old and I have only done maybe 4 backlinks

If its only 2 days old with 4 back links don't sweat it.

In a week everything will be fine.
