Site is Blocking PPV. Any Way Around This?

    I have a fantastic target that has made me very good money. Problem is, they have put Javascript on that page to basically block PPV from loading

    Someone told me there is a code that can block this and allow PPV ads to in fact show. Does anyone know how to do this?
