site indexed but not showing indexed in webmaster tool

my site is indexed by google when i search using the site:mysite.C0m search string in google search bar but when i check in google webmaster tool it shows that i have just only submitted my site and not yet indexed. even when i check with the SB it shows that my site is indexed . Have you guys faced similar problem.

Relax it might be some technical problem and will shown in next few days

Yes GWT can take a while to update. Even if Google knows about them, they state in their FAQ's that they may not even display all the links they know about.

Also might be a www issue, sometimes G thinks there are two sites, indexes the non www version while you submit the www version which has not been added yet.

This drove me nuts about a year ago. Now I always forward the www version to the non www version. This can cost you link juice too by the way.
