It depends on the angle. Pron movies maybe earn a lot of money, but pron video streaming websites are a saturated niche, and OP will have a hard time making a profitable business plan.

Submit short videos to all the tubes, watermarked with your url.
Post sample pics/vids to all of the porn forums you can find, with links back to your site.
Start building keyword domains freeteenass.com, etc and have a sample on it then link back your site (do seo, submit, etc.)
Buy cheap traffic from trafficjunky, exoclick, etc. (don't start with the expensive stuff, just buy cheaper that works for you.)

Used to be making solid money in this niche. I've lost quite a bit of traffic and revenue due to complacency I imagine. I really need to re-evaluate the whole setups.
