Site generating XXX$ with adsense

Hi,

i have a site that generating nice income using Adsense
90% of the traffic come from Social Site esspecially Pinterest
here is my stat :

Nov 720$
Oct 588$
Sep 321$
Aug 188$

this site come with 2 big account generating the traffic from Pinterest

i would like to know :

how much can i sell my site ?
do you suggest me to list it in flippa ?

i only have adsense as proof

if you have already adsense on it why not put also analytics on it?? just using the same account of adsense you can use also analytics! It requires only 2 minutes

Definitely add Google Analytics. Buyers at this level (especially on Flippa) would want to see it for sure.

10x earnings at most. so around $7k

Tell your friend that the ctr is not based on what social media site they come from, but rather, from the ad placement, content, and advertisers.

If a mom on pinterest sees a picture of a cake saying "cake recipe", she clicks and goes to the site. If the site talks about cake recipes and has an advert that says "buy the perfect apron for baking cakes". Guess what? Some moms will be interested in it and will click.

Same goes for search engines. If your website is about swimming and users are coming to your site via keyword "blue phones" and they see adverts about swimming lessons, ctr will be shit. But if they come by searching for "swimming lessons" and they see that type of advert, ctr will be higher.

It all depends, so don't trust what anyone tells you as a truth, analyze all aspects and points of view and do some testing before jumping to conclusions.

You mentioned that 90% of the traffic is from social media, but can you break down the percentages.
% Pinterest
% Facebook
% Twitter

Since many people sell sites on flippa, but don't provide the actual traffic source. I'm curious to see if those Pinterest accounts are actually strong.

I am not sure why this hasn't been mentioned before, but, why don't you hold onto it, and collect the rev.? Better yet, scale up, and clone what is clearly working for you. On average for that site, you earn about $500 per month using the data you posted. X that by 10 sites, and you are making decent money.

Or am I missing something?
