Site for indexing backlinks, free

Last time a site was posted somewhere here on the forum that automatically creates rssfeeds for your backlinks and then pings them. I can't find it back! Also with the search option.

it was something like:
backlinkssubstractor.com/backlinkssubstractor

or something..

It is NOT: linklicious or lindexed.

Anyone?
