You can use Moz (Trial 2 times a day) and SEMRush (1 month trial)

I personally use SEMrush and serplab.
SEMrush shows all the kws I'm ranking for without importing lists, but they don't update your position that often.
Serplab can be used for free, and they update your SERPs daily with your imported lists

Initially i will use Rankchecker (SEOBOOK Plugin in Firefox) but it's not accurate so only move to paid tool "Serpbook"

Serpfox is similar to serpbook, but has similar free limits. Honestly man... look into Google's Amalytics tools and Webmaster tools. Unless you want to pay big money you can only track a few keywords, but Google gives you fairly regular updates of many many keywords that you rank for along with their impressions, etc, etc. In other words Google's data is a lot more relevant... although less frequently updated.

I used it accually but i see my website rank in keywords far from my website keywords!

GAT and GWT are second to none. I'd rate MOZ free tool higher than other popular tools like SEMRUSH.
