Does anyone know a tutorial about site flipping, paid or not paid. I don't mind paying for a good tutorial that covers every aspect.

I found a course in jvzoo. It's really a good course on flipping sites on flippa.
Not sure if I can link that here. If Interested Inbox me.

Thank You

My bad guys, I will next time try to better my topic titles.

Are you looking for a guide for buying sites for cheap and simply reselling them?

Or are you looking to buy an underperforming site, build it up, and then flip for lots of cash?

These are 2 totally different things

1st option. Thanks for answering.

Go to FLippa and use their search system to look for sites that fit your budget.

Keep in mind that if the sites are NEW, they won't have much metrics. Chances are, they aren't making much money.

If the seller claims the site is making money, check against semrush.com majestic.com and alexa site info

Using these three tools, you should have a fairly clear idea if the seller is just blowing smoke your way

Your best bet would be to hire a VA to find SITES for you and make custom offers

You'd be surprised as to HOW CHEAP some solid sites can be

If you have any other questions, just PM me

Do you flip sites yourself ?

How do you identify "solid" websites ?

Do you just email whoever is the contact person listed in the footer?

Do you have a template you use for offers?

Solid website = high rank for your target niche / high social media metrics / solid visibility in organic search results

Now, this doesn't mean that the site is making money. In fact, IDEALLY, the site should NOT be making much money despite its solid traffic/social/brand infrastructure. Why? If it isn't making much money, chances are higher you can buy it a lower price.

Contact the owner first via social media. Introduce yourself.

I don't use a template. Make it clear that you are passionate about the niche and you're looking to break in in a big way. Make the owner feel that selling to you will leave their property in good hands.

After you buy, work on conversions and monetization and flip for a much higher price or, better yet, scale up and keep as a passive income asset.

man, this is really interesting what you are talking about. Are you making money on flipping or building authority sites? Is it a profitable thing to do? Can you share an example of a successful acquisition with me (privately is OK)?
