Hello There,

I am now building a website in Job niche. My main target is to earn from Adsense and Building Email List. So if i will build good amounts of list, is it possible to sell the site without earning?

I honestly don’t understand what you mean bu this ... if you could make more clarification I believe that wouldgo a long way.

it there is no earning it will be very hard to sell ......

If i will have little amount of earning like 10 to 20 bucks a month, and have a good amount of email list, then is it possible?

No your website need to earn something and have history of good ranking if you want to sell it.

Oh not ... it’s only makes sense when it’s making money . Having a list would also definitely skyrock you selling price

Any amount ok for selling the site? I mean if the site make just few bucks a months.

Yes it's possible to sell the site if it might bring value to the other part : Passive earnings, premium domain, clients/audiences (email list, membership sites, forum w active users ..etc). Small earnings would help also, Contents alone could sell too without earning, if it's in a niche in demand and has traffic. So just make sure to outline what the buyer could get if he/she buy your site, that's what sale are about.

You can always sell if someone wants what you are offering. Having said that, most will look at direct revenue but you could of course sell the site with a large targeted list that is just waiting to be monetized. The issue here is, that it's all theoretical so setting a value will be harder.

if no earning then ur just demanding money for a bunch of files which r even gonna cost money to host!

Any Website with any earning and especially an email list, can be sold.
But, at a price that the site worth it.
If you can't make money on the site, focus on building the email list and try to make money on emails.

Adsense is so difficult job, if you are not an creative writer then you can not earn even $1/month. However, nobody buy website or blog if earning is bellow than $500/month.

The history of earnings make the buyers to know the worth of your site, However having a good amount of email list may add values you can sell by knowing the demand in niche and with its traffic.

If its not making money how could you sell it...what will you show as a proof to buyer.
