How much is a Website with 50k blogpages worth? More exactly a domain with 50 subdomains, and each subdomain has at least 1k blog posts. I would also give the hosting account with it.
And also how much could i get for an established micro niche website, Exact match domain, already ranking in top 5 for a keyword with 2000 searches per month, and a CPC over 1$?

Any opinions?

If it's copied work like an autoblog, then it's value is mainly based
on how much revenue you can bring in per month. However, if it's
unique content, then it should be worth a lot more.
 
And how about the established micro niche website? It has unique content
 
From what i've noticed on sites like Flippa, traffic and revenue are the determining factors.

You can calculate this by setting up an analytics on your site, if you have wordpress they have heaps of plugins for this (or use google analytics).

Determining revenue should be straight forward enough. Just post what you make on adsense or through CPAs or however you monetized the site.

Even though I hate Google Analytics, because for some reason it shows
my daily visitors around a lot less than what it actually is. For example if
I get 500 visitors per day it Google Analytics shows me only getting around 300
visitors, 200 less than what the cPanel traffic stats show.
