Site flipping? Need some info!

Hey there guys recently I decided to give site flipping a shot since I got a good deal on a complete site. Paid $10 for the site so it wasn't a huge investment I applied some of my methods and got the site roughly 50-80 UVs per day and made $210 profit of it last month alone.. Now to my questions:

- digital point of flippa.. Which one is recommended?
- what price should I list it at? How would I determine the value?
- how the **** will I get the files/domain to the new owner? Lol

We are launching a brand new site very shortly, will be competing with the likes of flippa. Flippa charge a rediculous 5% success fee, we wont be charging anything Watch this space.

Flippa's got my vote too. You'll sell it for a lot more there and make more even with the fees.
