I am looking for someone e to help me sell my site ASAP
I don't even have the time to put a proper appealing listing up
I'm willing to work out a fee if it sells
50-200 depending on the ending price just for putting the listing together

If it's anything actually worth selling, contact Thomas and Bryan from Flipping Enterprises.
They don't take any newbies site or anything though. So like $500/month minimum I think it is.

You might mentioned some details here. I have a lot of people contacting me to sell sites unfortunately most of them have little or no traffic or sales or worse fake traffic.
