Site Flip Action/Adventure Journal!

Its "Side Project Sunday" here in Cali, so I thought I would document a little bit of my site flipping experiment...Hopefully it will inspire others who are more active in this niche...

The site name will never be mentioned, even after its flipped, but I will be documenting what I do to make the site grow...
I just bought the site this week and will be starting the project in 2-3 days...

Income: ~$120 p/m
Main Traffic Source: Adwords Sp. Search

I'll begin with testing new traffic sources over this coming week -Gotta get those earnings up to increase the pages value. stay tuned on this epic site flipping journey! Questions are encouraged!

*I'm not going to reveal the site for the safety of the eventual new owner...also, I dont want to be making this thread simply to promote an auction...

Quick update - The Escrow process is almost finished...I'm getting all the site files today and will hopefully throw up some campaigns tonight in order to get revenue asap!

Investment, after web hosting and fees - $570

Goal for the site = Monthly revenue ~$2,000 - ~$3,000 p/m
Current, claimed Income = ~$120 p/m

I've been working on optimizing the site's Adwords campaign...Im also switching offers around on the website to find the best converting one...Spent about $50 testing keywords...Made back about $12 which is nothing to write home about, haha...

Today should be a more profitable day for the campaign...Already, my CTR is at ~20% for sponsored search...I'm curious to see what sort of volume is available - The last site owner only had a daily spend limit of $20 p/d, so I imagine theres room for growth! I set the limit for $500 p/d, lets see how much actually gets spent, haha... I'll be sure to post a more exciting update later!
