Site design with theme

Hi fellow blackhatters, am designing a funny/comics/meme website, but am confused about which plugin, theme to use and how to monetize it, recently i came about a website memelol{dot}com{dot}ar i like the site and i want to create something like it, please i will want you to check it out and tell me the plugin and theme. Also how can i monetize it. Secondly am designing the site logo, and am not much of a designer,please guys i need some help. thanks in advance
