Site Description on google done wrong

Guys,
I hire SEO guy to do the on-page SEO for my site from freelancer.com
after one week if I type my domain name in google it shows the site index author name and one article as the site map. can one do such blunder, I told my seo guy to create a site map of the home page, about us page and the main menu pages on google index. the image is attached. I want to do it my self please let me know how can I fix it myself and remove these

The SEO guy is giving me answer that the site is indexing that is why it is showing these auther name and one article instead of showing Home, About US, Leadership and Life style.
