I'm going to write and sell an ebook on how to start a particular small business.
The sales page is not ready, nor is the ebook, but I figure I might as well SEO a basic site starting now so that when the book is ready it has a high ranking site for promotion from day 1.
So I figure here's the plan:
1. Buy domain.
2. Write two articles about the subject.
3. Buy linkwheel ($100?) for keywords.
4. Build a few backlinks from blogs, etc.
5. When sales page is ready, erase two articles, and replace with sales page.
Is this a logical SEO plan?
My worry is that when I delete the two articles and substitute with a sales page, the site will lose its ranking.
