Site Cache been hacked?

Hey, as an update...

Installed Wordfence, found out there is malicious files on the site. Deleted the files but still have a few issues i've got someone looking into.
On our site.com/old-site it says "Hacked By MR.GREEN" whoever or whatever it is so fingers crossed, issue will be resolved asap!
