Site Cache been hacked?

Hello,

I've typed my site into google and for some reason there is a Japanese Cache of the site (we do have a language translation) but its still incorrect.

When i click on the one of the subsection links, it takes me to a random Japanese eCommerce site which has nothing to do with our site?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

wait for google to re-crawl your site.

did you maybe install any nulled themes/plugins? A lot of people were complaining about getting Redirected to Japanese/Chinese eCommerce websites because they had installed Nulled plugins etc...

Install wordfence and repair your files, then find that page and try and clean it from google console

No mate, no changes to our site for that had been made for months

This isn't necessarily a hack.

Check your translation system.

If the Google IP was from Japan and it's serving JP version, that may fuck your site SEO up bad.

Only serve language based on URL parameters, not on IP location.

I've just installed Wordfence, i already have Cloudflare, i assumed they would be similar?

Your cache is not hacked your site is hacked. Check your site asap. I remember about 2 years ago there was a hack like this that affected about 30 of my sites. It was a plugin i installed on WP.

And it wasn't easy at all to get rid of. I removed all the malware but it keep coming back from a open backdoor i guess. So I hired a proffesional security comp. and they checked all my wp files 1 by 1 and removed all the malware. It can be something similar.

can u share a screenshot...that would be helpful..
as of now it sounds your site is hacked and its showing the hidden spam pages to Google crawler or some foreign country IP like USA...
this is a pretty common hack

I assumed a CDM etc would help with that. What company did you use?

I really forget which security comp. it was but it may be securi or comodo. Though i thought it was very cheap for what they have done. I payed something like 10 USD/site. Total 300 i guess. I don't know what the prices are now.

Probably down to a dodgy plug-in that's modified the sites default dns settings.

Change user agent to Googlebot, check your site with this user agent. If you see different content - search files source
code for the "Googlebot" footprints & try to fix. But anyway it's better to hire a pro to clean your hosting account.

Btw, ask your hosting provider for help.

It is not necessarily a hack only serve language based on URL parameters,
not on IP location. Try to clean it from google console.

I checked the website from the screenshot and it redirects to a Japanese website (https://www.uprisen.online/brands/g/m648419191865.html).
Not sure but I think you got hacked.
