site banned?

Hi there, ive paid a seo guy some money to get awesomeguitartuition
. co m to page one on google for certain KW's
I have been checking the ranking reports and they are all showing blank now.
Ive done a google search for the domain and it comes up but all the is my site banned webpages says its banned.

Is it / isnt it?

I dont want to kick up a fuss if its no fault of the seo guy.
