Well, try not to share your sites publicly here, but since you've already done it:
Loads fast enough, looks decent design wise for what it's supposed to do.
I am not reading the content though, so I will presume that's of decent quality. Needs a bit more of that, ideally populate the "blog" section and do more interlinking.
If you are targeting keywords like "reverse osmosis" and similar, then it will need a lot more content. I presume these are as competitive within local markets as they are globally.
Backlink profile though is non existent and that's the main issue I would say. Definitely work on that.
All in all, this is definitely one of the better sites that gets shared here.
