Site and social management (record keeping) dashboard/database VS Excel

I’m guessing that I am not the only person who has one or more websites and multiple social accounts associated with one project / one primary site.

Clearly I need to record all sorts of login details, maybe a record of back links and guest posts, plus lots more data Including outsourcer details and tasks

A spreadsheet is probably what most people use to record all of this information.

My question. Does anyone offer a database to record all this stuff?

I know I could build a database, maybe in MS Access, or use project management software, but maybe someone has a database / dashboard that is more focused for the data outlined above.

Sounds like a job for a crm. Unaware of custome ones, but I did use hubspot and insightly in the past, has some elements of what you ask for. You could check using triggers to register what you need, I want to suggest ifttt but since they began charging I don't think you will appreciate it.

Unless someone has created a custom app I think anything else will need a lot of manual,setup.

I don’t mind paying, I am actually subscribed to IFTTT.
