Sistematically rejected by eBay Partner Network!!

This was the tenth time they reject me under 10 different identities!
What can I do?

Lots of people are selling approved EPN accounts. The going rate is $80 to $100.

EPN looks the Ip. Don't use proxies to apply for them. Don't ask for them with the same IP that has been denied.

I've seen EPN accounts for sale before (just about everywhere), if purchased how would it be transferred into another name? Would EPN ever find out how it was obtained?
