Hello fellow Dears, Sirs and Bros of BHW,

I know it may seem like I'm taking about a specific member but trust me, I'm not, I've seen countless threads and even in some of my offline gathering, people get uncomfortable or even angry if someone calls them Sir, Bro or.............. DEAR

Now, I can understand that if you don't like the use of those words, I'm with you on this one but to call those people out or try to insult them just for using saying these words is miserable. Sure, you're not used to be being called Sir, I can understand, you're on BHW.

Cool it down a notch perhaps?

Nobody is insulting anybody. If yes, report insult post to moderator instead of creating nonsense post.
 
Everything depends on relationship ,relationship will say what words is appropriate for you or him/her.But some people have to address something,say something.

True, "Dear" is a awkward one, I understand but being offended by "Sir" and "Bro", if you're in the service industry and words like this gets your blood boiling, maybe you're not cut out for it, no?

It's a lounge. I saw your whining thread about earning 7 million I think in a year, compared to that, it's WAYYYY more logical.

Approach is not only involved in professionalism ,it also involved in relationship.So its depends on you ,how you will make your relationship.In this world everyone has to do something,because of surviving .that means not like that everything is professional.
