I am looking for a single working SOCKS4 protocol proxy in order to do some programming and testing.
I'm trying to avoid paying for a $100/w list when I just need to test a few things. I am willing to pay a little bit but the only services I find are HTTP. I also can't seem to get any of the billion proxies listed here or elsewhere on the internet for free, to work via SOCKS4.
