Single proxy address for FL

Greetings,
It may sound funny to some of you, but is there any way I can get ONE dedicated proxy , I want to use it with my FollowLiker to run on my three accounts? (IG)
I bought a lot of old Instagram accounts and they all came with Proxies , I have 3 most important ones on my home computer (my IP) and I want to run 3 more for something.
I am currently using buyproxies.org proxies, do not get me wrong, they are awesome, support is awesome, everything works like a charm but I pay for 5 proxies and use only one, I do not need four of them at all (using one proxy for two months now, four are resting on the beach)

Where do I get one , can someone share one IP and I can send money via PayPal monthly?
