The trend with webdesign now is towards simpler single page , scrollable navigation websites and also websites that use ajax for navigation.

How do you SEO websites such as these?

Trend? Says who? The vast majority of one-page websites I come across are still sales-letter sites.

With that said, as long as the search engines can read the content of your site, you should be ok.

Are you referring to parallax and sites like this?: http://www.easymop.com.br/

As far as I know, this is only a trend in non-US websites. Websites in the US that use parallax often use multi-page navigation. I would not go with single-page navigation, as I often find these sites bog down the browser and respond very slowly. It could be because they are hosted overseas and I am accessing them from the US, but they are also heavy on javascript and graphics. I think you'd be better off sticking with a multi-page design but implementing parallax if you like the style/functionality.

I will have to think of using a design that uses so much of java script. These days with the popular framework people are designing sites with one page. But for SEO purpose i would def go with multipages design
