Not any that I have done. Even if that would happen, I literally have nothing to concern myself about it. Because my registered agent takes care of those administrative thingy that may come up.

That's why you should hire a registered agent annually, really cheap. And you won't go wrong with any of these things. Plus you can always use the address they provided to you as your physical office address.

Mine is specifically Missouri registered agent. This https://www.missouriregisteredagent.com

So I am not sure if they can handle OP's stuff as he did file his company in Wyoming. I suggest OP should search for another one in the same range of yearly price.

You can use the BBB accredited website also to check if they are accredited business or whether they exist at all. That helped a lot when deciding which Entity Formation agency would help me out. Then I got both Incfile for my LLC and Missouri registered agent as my Registered agent and address.

Totally understandable. I don’t personally own one, but many non-US residents run foreign-owned single-member LLCs (disregarded entities). Even if there’s no U.S. tax due, there are usually still informational filings required each year, which is why people often consult a CPA just to stay compliant.
