Single Image TWO URLs How to fix the issue?

I recently found one issue in my blog.
In blog main page the image size is small. I did not optimize this image with alt text because the new URL is generated.
In the single blog post page, I optimized the same image (which has large size) with alt text.
For the same image found two different URLs. Does it become duplicate? How should I fix it?

may be you upload your image twice, so may its has 2 url
