Guys, I am doing some translator jobs and I came to an expresion that I am not capable to understand, I've asked in differents forums to get a better and fast answer, it's not like BHW is my first option to ask this kind of things, but lets see if someone can help me here.

It is a film, some kind of western comedy, there is a son (30~yrs) and a mom (60~yrs) talking about the father, then the son asks.

"Did he mention a singing windmill?"

What the fk is a singing windmill? I googled it and seems to be a song or something but nothing related to the film. Can someone, please, give me some context on this?
