i have been seeing a lot of huge pages adding "Singapore, Singapore" to their locations and even some famous viners. i was wondering why theyre adding that location because im sure theyre not all fro singapore. is there a bug or glitch associated to with it?

Yes, I have seen it too.. Saw them on Vine and Youtube stars kingbach, amandacerny's profiles. "Singapore,singapore".
The dumb part is i searched for those places. LOL

Used to be a glitch on IG. It's now fixed. Put Singapore on your posts as much as you want. It'll do as good as putting New York, New York.

No. Everyone is posting it as a joke to make fun of rapper Solja Boi. He posted pics and videos faking people to believe he was in Singapore but really he was just in Atlanta.

It was a real glitch. Top Singapore bloggers, during a convention, found out about it and how to get their posts to the top of the hashtags used, when their own followers were searching for those hashtags.

Instagram has now filled-up the hole/stopped that certain glitch. There is a new one going on, but it's not Singapore related. Again, it only works so that your own followers see your posts at the top of the hashtags that you use on those posts.

Nothing to do with seeing the top of the hashtags you use.

I used the glitch and I post without tags.
