Doing email marketing alone, that is sending email submits to people, we used to make about $800 per network. On good months we made about $2500/month.

Averaged about $800 per month.

That honest enough?

So what's the difference to the offers netting 0.32 to the offers netting $64???

A simple email or zip code submit will be less. My free iPhone or iPad email or zip submits pay around $1.50. A submit for an auto insurance quote could be $3-$10 because they have to fill out more info. An offer that is worth more money, and therefore the advertiser makes more money and needs more info pays more. Such as a Netflix free trial, where the person has to fill out all their info so they can be mailed DVDs, and also submit their credit card for the free trial, those pay $15 to $25 depending on the CPA company.

Then you have others which even pay more. My highest payout offer is $73.75 for a biz op offer. It is a sale which costs $39. I assume they upsell the crap out of them if they buy, which makes the lead worth that much to the advertiser even though the product costs half that.
