Scam. This is standard procedure. By the way, "lohotron" is Russian street slang for "fucking gullible idiots out of money", generally involving electronic payment systems. This is the first time I've seen one in English though. Hmmm...would have thought they would have gone with an advanced pitch, this is really basic and old. Anyways, 100% scam. You wanna be a "loh" and lose your money, go for it.
