Basically we are going to safe swaps and buying clicks. ~100 clicks cost $30-$40. That's very good price. Do not order instantly 1000 clicks, never do that. Start slowly.
I'm not going to talk about mini site creation with opt-in about this in other guide. We will talk here how to exactly make money with LIST when site is ready to go.
Okay, now you open Notepad and create message which you want to be send of your bought solo ad. ( About creation of message, autorespond will be in the next guide. ) When you are done we are going to Safe-Swaps and I recommend to you buy 200 clicks from different lists! Use just trusted with good reputation vendors. Now wait and check how many subscribers you received. Do not think that you are going to receive 50%+ of subscribers. If you made good message, and gave really something in value, you should have from 50 to 100 subscribers. DO NOT SEND ANY EMAIL TO THEM!!!! Go again, and purchase 200-300 Clicks. And do that until you will have 300-500~ subscribers. Now let's start to share something with your new FRIENDS/SUBSCRIBERS. Show them inspiration video, show anything what they would like ( depends on your niche. ) in few words - BUILD A RELATIONSHIP with them. When you have 300-500 subscribers you can send one good affiliate offer. About how to choose best converintg offer we'll talk in next guide. Okay, what now. You have 500 subscribers and still making small SMALL money. When I was in my situation i released a WSO and made 200+ buyers subs more. But if you do not want to release anything - you can try to run some PPC campaigns, facebook etc, << but i'm not recommend to do that, coz it can be junk subscribers and poorly will convert to buyer. If you have money and do not want to release product - go ahead, buy clicks from safe-swaps or ANYWHERE ELSE YOU KNOW WHERE SELLING SOLO ADS. ( WF AND ETC.. ) until you have 1000 subscribers. 1k not looks many subs, but believe me - it's very good , just dont forget to build relationship with them.

You can go straight away and offer AD SWAPS in safe-swap FOR FREE. I'm receiving 50-150 new subscribers everyday after ad swap. You can try to play with ad swaps first 10-20 days every day , but do not do that often. And now you everybody know, if you have a email list, you can make so good money. For example:
You have 1,000 List with built relationship.
You have new WF account and you released a WSO.
But nobody promoting your WSO! and sales are small
Let's send email to your list!
Oh yes, you will have 30-100+ sales just from one/few emails!
Affiliates will start coming in.
And you going to bank BIG.
