Even if all your PBN sites were on Wordpress, it wouldn't really be considered a footprint. Especially when you keep in mind how widespread Wordpress is.

Nothing wrong with using WordPress. ;)

As Nargil pointed out, it's less likely to be a footprint due to how widespread it is.

Over 25% of websites use Wordpress, so your sites might be safe mixed in amongst those.

Yeah I do not understand why you do not want to use wordpress, as it's much easier to hide your PBN if you use the most widespread CMS.

Best "cms" for PBN is pure html/php, it is harder to manage it but it is super light and most world wide spread solution.

Web 2.0 PBNs are popular nowadays - they're cheaper than regular PBNs but generally have more drawbacks...

I'd suggesting using Wordpress too. As others have already said, WP is ultra popular Also I'd suggest using other really popular CMS like: Joomla, Drupal or Typo3. You should throw some pure HTML sites into the mix as well.
