already 4 days I did not receive payment from simplebeans .....

he ordered me 2 logo design but he did not make any payment until now.

simplebeans order to my website and am having trouble with some coding which she asked ... and he did not make a payment at all ... but it does not matter, because I could not finish him website

and after that he ordered two logos and has over 50 emails, he just always ask if different from Jr.VIP thread and Normal Threads ... and I already gave the answer, that there is no discount on the logo and whatever .... and we already has a deal price at the first email

after I ask my right of payment on the logo .. he always gives an unrelated question ...

I've told this matter to pofeck and bigbuddy as moderator ... but no decision till now

pofecks also gives suggestions for making this thread .. so that all BHW members should know

REMEMBER SIMPLEBEANS SUCKS AND IS SCAM

Ill be honest here, I found your post awkward to understand so I hope it's not a case of not understanding each other?
 
Edit, sry misunderstoof one of the rules. Apart from that I have to say that Richman provides a very high standard of customer support and does his work well. He has changed some designs for me a lot more than other designers would have done. From my experience I believe him when he says that smeone owes him money

I'm sure the moderators will straighten this out soon. If it's true what you say about your site being defaced, that is totally unethical and in my opinion warrants a ban. Installing a root kit on someone's site to gain access later is criminal and I would be very upset as well. Even if there was a money dispute there's no justification in defacing someone's site.

Hope this gets straightened out soon between the two.
 
Op is not very smart trying to bring attention to his own wrong doing lol.

mmm, looks like a proper can of worms has been opened here, seems like the OP has some big questions to answer
 
Richman - did you deface his site? Did you access his hosting after he had revoked access?

Remember, this can be checked, its in your interests to be honest, and within the next couple of days.

Simplebeans - PM me the evidence that Richman accessed your site after permission had been revoked. I want to see everything you have on this matter - so that I can reach a decision on what to do. The allegations of unauthorised access and hacking are very serious, and as you have quoted UK law, you should be aware that if these are without basis, you are leaving yourself open to a civil suit under tort law.

I dislike your insinuation that somehow the staff are protecting this user, due to 'making so much money from his bst'. I can assure you that all staff are volunteers, and make zero from other members sales threads.

On the issue of the pricing of the logos, I find that Richman should technically have given a discount due to having a VIP services thead. I therefore award you a $0.01c reduction on each logo. I also find that you appear not to have paid him for work completed, and have attempted to renegotiate after the fact, this behaviour is both incorrect and unacceptable, you share a primary responsibility for escalating the row. When the charges of 'hacking' are answered you WILL be required to pay for the services received if you wish to continue using BHW.

The allegation of unlawful access and defacement of your site in retaliation, will be dealt with as a SEPERATE issue on this thread. I assure you that if he is found to have carried out these actions, Richman will be banned from BHW.

If simplebeans allegations are true, shouldn't beans be compensated for having to hire a coder to clean up the mess that richman left on his server?

Seems like beans is considerably more out of pocket on this.

I'm applying 'but for his actions'.

But for simplebeans attempting to renegotiate the price after completion and then not paying - none of the above would have occurred.

I'll also be interested to hear if the graphics are still in use on the simplebeans site, as without payment, its theft of a creative work, how does one put a price on that.

However, this is all tiny compared to what Richman is being accused of. The unlawful access is the big issue here, not a squabble over a few dollars.

A little confused about this statement.

Is he saying that up till this point he has not received payment, or is he saying that he has not received payment until right now, meaning that he has been paid?

I'm dealing with this case, and I'm not a secretary, so I won't be asking Po to provide me with anything, its arrogant of you to suggest that you deserve treatment only by the admins and/or forum owner. You have made certain claims, and as the senior moderator dealing with the matter, I expect you to provide me with the requested evidence. If you are unable to do this, then I will draw the appropriate conclusion.


I suggest you start working with me, and let me get to the bottom of this matter. I can assure you that I am even handed and will treat your fairly, I havent worked with either of you, which makes me impartial, but I will not tolerate any more histrionics.

Please forward everything you have, and contact details via PM. If any information is not suitable for transmission via PM, I will be providing my direct contact details so that you may forward it.
 
Hmm interesting stuff, I had just made friends with simplebeans. I hope all turns out to be in his favor! To me he seems like a really good fellow, I'm believing my initial view was right! ;)

All i was implying in this instance in addition to the above was also to save some time, instead of me collating and sending all the previous information i have already sent to pofecker to have a word with him. But in any case as i will send the those details to you also.
