Title says it all, Having a sleepless night, was looking for a decent YT playlist url scraper for my new project, ended up making a quick one, it's programmed in delphi and unsigned so some AV's false flagged it, on the plus side all code is native aka no need of any Microsoft frameworks, its really simple but it gets the job done, hope you find it useful.

It only gets urls, thats all i needed it for, im using it along side mass downloader from blaster suite to mass download and reupload thousands of trailers
