I'll be to the point. Maybe, many of you remember the times when on many forums it was used to "Request a Partnership". Basically, create a new topic after a model like this:
Your website:
Your daily visits
Your url
Your <img> code for banner etc.
After a bit of research i've discovered that there are many forums still live where you can register, create a topic like this and link to your website. Maybe the backlinks won't be good for a Tier1 website, but you can still pass some juice to your Tier2/3 links or why not to try to your money website.
Play with the google dorks and fiind many websites like this, register, post and see the backlinks coming.
An example for a foreign website: https://4en3rgy.forummo.com/t4475-cerere-parteneriat (use google translate).
