Simple Wordpress plugin development

Hi,

I want to create a one-page WordPress plugin that will be displayed just into the dashboard (admin dashboard).

Basically, i want to display some data from an API (i will provide de API - it's mine).

I will be a search box, and when a user types a username (Instagram username) some data will be displayed. I have all the data in the API i told you about.

I am waiting for offers. Please estimate me a price along with your pitch/offer.
