Sure, he has that option, but you get what you pay for. Fiverr work is notorious for being...well shitty, and WSO mobile site generators generate an unnecessary overhead for main sites and would definitely be more harmful than beneficial for his needs.
When you do mobile sites ( and landing pages ) you want to cut as much waste as possible in order to keep a quick and optimized mobile site.
I will let Jason know that Rex says Fiverr can do the job too and he can back out before I *really* get started ( just did a mockup ).
