Simple Web 2.0 Sites for Publishing Content Manually

Hello Every body, I need some simple high Pr web 2.0 sites for manually publishing the content. I have already created many accounts but most of them are very complicated. So, I need help from those who are already aware of some web 2.0 sites which are simple to use for publishing regular content.

I will be daily submitting the content manually to these sites. I need 10-15 web 2.0 sites.
