I need 25 existing videos ranging from about 2 to 4 minutes each split into 4 separate clips between 45 to 60 seconds..That means, you will end up with 25 x 4 = 100 total clips. It's fine if there is some overlap in the content, as long as each clip isn't exactly the same and the content flows reasonably well.
These should be rendered as .wmv at 640x360 and you should be well-versed enough with video creation to make a clean, sharp rendering at that size under 10mb each.
You'll also need to be able to overlay my watermark and title screen from the PSD files I will supply to you, so you'll need to have something better than windows movie maker for editing. (think premiere pro, finalcut or vegas)
Also, you'll need an internet connection good enough to download 25 clips and upload the resulting 100 to my server.
When I do this myself, it takes me about 1 hour to do 15, so this shouldn't be more than 6 to 8 hours work for someone with a little experience. Turnaround should be no more than 2 to 3 days max.
If you can follow directions and this works out, I'll be needing this service regularly (once a week or every other)...
