I'm new to twitter and am manually managing my twitter for my club events.
I'm a club promoter and I want to target everyone from my local area and mass follow them in the chance they will follow back.
Is there any web based services that can do this for me? I've used brandchirp but didn't think it was that great.
Anyone with any good advice or suggestions?
