Simple theme that works without images?

Hey friends,

I'm looking for themes that work well without having a shit ton of image material ready. Most popular ones (Avada, Divi, Enfold, The7 etc.) all use so many large header images and wallpapers in their demos.
Do you have any recommendations for me?
Should be simple / minimalistic, focus on readability and content and be somewhat customizable.

Really minimalistic, there are images as I added posts already.

most of the premiums themes aren't really that simple,
if you're looking for a really simple one, check some free ones,
you can easily remove the tag in the footer

Generatepress. Don't import anything, just adjust per your liking. It's pretty minimalist but highly configurable.
