Can someone tell me simple software to make this kind of thumbnail?

I believe he's using photoshop. But its a bit complicated to me and i dont have time to learn. I need simple software which can cut objects from one picture then combined with others. Also i can add text. Please help me.

Maybe try GIMP, its like photoshop, but its free and "looks simpler".

I am using it for all graphics stuff for years.

Photoshop is all what you need.

Use CS3 version if you'r PC is low-end. Its even faster than Microsoft Pain :o
 
try Canva works on your phone or desktop. adding 2-3 images and some text over the top shouldn't be to hard for most programs out there.

You can use

Picsart
Canva
Pixelab

All are full free version available to use
 
Use Canva or Pixlr. Both let you cut objects and add text in a few clicks. Much easier than Photoshop.
 
Canva if you want it done quick, I've seen on n8n (if you use) also quite some cool flows that do this. Maybe worth a check?
