Hi there, I have read the most of SEO tips here in BHW and I’m still confused a little bit, so here is the deal.
I’m willing to make new Micro niche "Blogger" with very low keywords competition so I can double my chance to be in the first page of Google but I know that’s not enough without doing any SEO! specially with blogger, So the question is what’s the steps/stuff that I have to do to increase my ranking as a first result/page in Google. Thanks Bros

step 4: analyze your rankings if any

get decent backlinks pointing to your blog, like making websites on wordpress,tumblr,blogger,... to point on your blog. or use some tools to automate that.
google about Tier1 link building. and backlink building.

yes this is going to take a very long time, absolutely; this is a game of patience.
 
I mean no offense, buddy, but if those simple steps are making you scared, maybe this thing isn't for you.

If you are ready to learn and invest a bit of your time, read those sticky posts on Black/White Hat SEO categories. They will give you all the info you need to find good keywords and create a well-optimized website at no cost. Really, everything is there, just take time to read.

track and measure the right matrices
Ensure your website is mobile friendly
diagnose and fix your current penalties
do keyword research
perfect your on page SEO
use your keywords to create great content
build links the right way
 
for saying you did read the most about seo here you ask really very very basic questions ....

OP, ranking is not magic. You need patience. I suggest take time to go over the basics of SEO. So in that way you will fully understand what venture you are trying to dive in. Knowing the basics of SEO is the first step.
 
The thing you need, basically, is backlinks - links from other sites pointing to your site. These links tell google that your site is important, well thought of within your niche.

How do you get those links? That’s pretty much what SEO is.

Obvious ways - comment on blogs and include your link, post on forums and include your link, write content and ask sites to publish it, advertise with sites, but links from sites, buy links from bhw.

The list goes on. And the more creative you can be, the better.
