Simple SEO job

I have a simple SEO job available for a low competition keyword - 43k exact match results in Google. #1 and #2 results are inner pages of sites, the root domain for #1 has TF20 & CF17 whilst #2 has TF6 & CF19 on the root. #3 result is the root domain of #2.

I need to rank a new domain in the top three within one week, but the results don't need to last - one month is enough - so blackhat is fine.
