Simple Question About Facebook PVAs

Hey guys, I've been hearing a lot about phone verified accounts and I was just wondering how that works.

I've made 5 Facebook accounts, added friends on them etc, and never ran into any problems.

Typically when does Facebook ask you to verify an account with a phone number?

It's random.. but I might get one when I overuse the accounts. Like to much etc.

It usually ask for force phone verification if you often change your proxy..
