Simple Professional Website Design

I am looking for someone who can design a 4-5 page website that can be used to generate leads for people that want to earn over 10% return on their money by becoming a private lender.

The goal is to only have them fill their contact info on an opt-in form for me to e-mail a report and follow up in person.

I have several example sites and ideas and the domain name already picked out. I think this should be a simple joomla or wordpress site, but I want it to look legitimate and not like an amateur designed it.

I will write the ad copy and really just need the creative and layout done.
