Simple php/perl article spinner?

I just want to create a very simple and server based article spinner for my new project, but I'm too lazy to program one from scratch. Any one know whether there are any server based spinner with source that I can adopt from? Nothing fancy, no huge modification needed, may be just replace a couple of words and that's all.

btw, I want it to provide a human readable output... Thanks.
